Description
Selective Pallet Rack:
Selective pallet rack is the most popular and well-known pallet storage on the market. This versatile system is ideal in most warehouses and is available in a wide range of sizes and capacities.
Pallet Flow Rack:
This flow-through, gravity-fed design allows for first-in, first-out (FIFO), to ensure the oldest product is picked first. The perfect solution for the food industry’s perishable items.
Pushback Rack:
When multiple pallets of the same SKU are common in a facility, a last-in, first-out (LIFO) system could be the solution. Pushback rack is front loading only so drivers don’t need to enter the rack, risking damage and spending valuable time. This system offers better floor space utilization, is available in 2-6 pallets deep and beneficial when multiple pallet sizes are used.
Structural Rack:
Designed to withstand impact from forklifts far better than standard, roll-form rack which translates to a much safer warehouse environment. Bolted beams provide the most secure connection and are also hot-rolled making them incredibly durable. “Hybrid” rack can be achieved by using structural uprights and roll-formed beams. This is ideal for abusive environments looking to save money, plus the fully enclosed beam tube helps when storing food or in areas that are dust sensitive.
Drive-In / Drive-Thru Rack:
A low cost, high density solution for large volumes of like-product with no system limitation to the depth of pallet storage. Drive-in (LIFO) or drive-thru (FIFO) systems require close attention to safety rules for forklift drivers as the risk of damage is inherently greater.
Stack Rack:
A unique solution for difficult to handle items or in situations where permanent rack is not feasable. Portable stack racks are transported along with the product, can stack up to 5 high and break down for easy storage when not in use.
