For this project, a local railroad company came to Warestar needing assistance with a unique project. They required a large job trailer in a remote area where finding a building crew was a difficult task. We were able to offer the option of a pre-assembled building from Commercial Structures, the industry leader in field offices and modular buildings for over 40 years. After working with our client, we were able to come up with a 24’W x 56’L trailer complete with ADA restroom and other features that met their needs. Each side of the trailer was built at the factory on a mobile frame and then delivered to the remote location where they were easily joined together.
