A common challenge we see in many facilities is limited floor space while at the same time having vertical space that is not being utilized. Warestar worked with a couple of manufacturers to create a two-story modular office with a portion of it placed on a mezzanine. Prior to erecting the structure, the existing “stick-built” office was torn down and the site prepared for the new system. This solution allowed Spectra Graphics to have additional floor space for their printing equipment while also creating additional offices and a vision tower for their warehouse manager to easily monitor the production floor.
